It is used to transmit and distribute power in power transmission and distribution system of 35kV or lower. It is widely adopted in the fields including power, construction, mines, metallurgy, petrochemical industry and communication in complete replace of oil immersed paper insulated power cable and in partial replace of PVC insulated power cable.
It is manufactured as GB/T12706.1-3 standard.
Flame-retardant XLPE insulated power cable is manufactured as the enterprise standard with reference to GB/T18380 (IEC60332-3) on flame-retardant performance.
Low smoke & halogen flame-retardant XLPE insulated power cable is manufactured as the enterprise standard with reference to GB/T18380 (IEC60332-3) and GB/T17651 (IEC61034) on flame-retardant performance.
Low smoke halogen-free flame-retardant XLPE insulated power cable is manufactured as the enterprise standard with reference to GB/T18380 (IEC60332-3), GB/T17650, and GB/T17651 (IEC61034) on flame-retardant performance.
1. Rated voltage Uo/U includes 0.6/1kV, 1.8/3kV, 3.6/6kV, 6/6kV,6/10kV, 8.7/10kV, 8.7/15kV, 12/20kV, 21/35kV, 26/35kV.
2.The highest operating temperature allowed of conductor for long-term working is 90'C.In short-circuit (Max.long-term is continue no more than 5 second),The highest temperature of conductor is no more than 250'C.
3. D.C. Conductor resistance complies with the stipulations of GB/T3956.
4. Environment temperature in laying the cable should be no lower than O'c.Otherwise it should be preheated. The Min.bending radius should be no smaller than 15 times of cable outer diameter.
5. The cable is laid without drop limit.
6. Working Frequency Voltage Test:
for cable with Uo of 3.6kV or lower:2.5 Uo+ 2kV/5 min without puncture;
for cable with Uoof 3.6kV or higher: 2.5 Uo/5 min without puncture.
7. Partial Discharge Test:
The discharge volume should be no more than 20pC under 1.73Uo for the cable with Uo of 1.8kV or higher & 18kV or lowerand no more than 10pC under 1.73Uo for the cable with Uo of higher than 18kV.
8. Flame-retardant Character:
Flame-retardant cable could endure firing test in bundle stipulated in GB/T18380 (IEC60332-3):
Low smoke & low halogen flame-retardant cable could endure firing test in bundle stipulated in GB/T18380 (IEC60332-3), and smoke density in firing should comply with stipulations of GB/T17651 (IEC61034). HCL content of gas separated out in firing
should be no more than 100mg/g and comply with IEC60754-1;
Low smoke & halogen-free flame-retardant cable could endure firing test in bundle as GB/T18380 (IEC60332-3). Smoke density in firing should comply with stipulations of GB/T17651 (IEC61034). PH value of solution water of gas separated out should be less than 4.3, and electric conductivity rate should be no more than 10us/mm and comply with stipulations of IEC60754-2.
