Incoming Quality Control (IQC)

Verification of PCB materials and laminates
Component authenticity and packaging inspection
BOM cross-check and part number validation

In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)

Process monitoring at each key production step
Solder paste inspection and placement verification
Controlled assembly parameters for SMT and THT processes

Final Quality Control (FQC)

Visual inspection and workmanship evaluation
Electrical and functional testing (as required)
Final review against customer specifications
