It is used for the sighal transmission, controlling and measuring system of the electric apparatus and the power distribute apparatus in the field of metallurgy, power and petrochemistry. Its rated voltage (U0/U) is up to including 450/750v.
It is manufactured acconding to GB/T9330(IEC 227) standards.
The low-smoking low-halogen fiame-retardant cable is manufactured to Q/ZHGK standard. It complies with GB/T18380 (IEC60332-3),GB/T17651(IEC61034) standards.
The Iow-smoking halogen-free flame-retardant cable is manufactured according to Q/ZHGK standard. It complies with GB/T18380(IEC60332-3), GB/T17650(IEC60754-2),GB/T17651(IEC61034) standards.
The fiame-retardant cable is manufactured according to Q/ZHGK standard. It complies with GB/T18380 (IEC60332-3) standards.



1. Rated voltage(U0/U):450/750V.
2.The Max.long - term operating temperature of conductor:
PE insulated cable: 70°C,XLPE insulated cable:90°C
PVC insulated cable:70°C,90°C,105°C (according to the grade of heatproof after the type)
Low- smoking halogen -free flame-retardant PO insulated cable: 70°C, 90°C (according to the grade of heatproof after the type).
3.The Min.laying temperature is:-20°Cfor PE insulated cable 0°C for PVC or HFPO insulated cable.(It should be preheated if it is below the Min. laying temperature)
4.The permitted bending radius:
No less than 12 times of the overall diameter of the cable for which has armor or wrapped shield. No less than 6 times of the overall diameter of the cable for the others.
5.Flame characteristics
The flame retardant cable can pass the test according to GB/T18380 (IEC60332-3): Test method on electrical wires or cables under fire conditions Part 5: Test on bunched wires and cables.
The low-smoking low-halogenflameretardantcablenotonlycanpass testaccording to GB/T18380(IEC60332-3),but also can pass test according to GB/T17651 (IEC61034):Test method on electrical wires or cables under fire conditions Part 7: Measurement on smoke density of wire or cables.
The insulation and sheath material of the cable should be tested as per IEC 60754-1 :the HCL content of the separated out gas in the firing test is no more than 100mg/g.
The low-smoking halogen-free flame retardant cable not only can pass test according to GB /T1838o(iEC 60332-3), but also can pass test according to GB /T17651(IEC61034). The insulation and sheath material of the cable should be tested as per IEC 60754-2, which pH is no less than 4.3 and conductivity should be less than 10us/mm.
