China 365PCB PV Cable is a high-performance solution for solar photovoltaic system connections, adaptable to harsh environments like deserts (extreme temperature differences), coastal areas (salt spray/humidity), and plateaus (strong radiation). Compliant with 2 Pfg 1169/08.2007, it features Class 5 stranded tinned copper conductors (per IEC60228) and double-layer insulation + sheath made of cross-linked low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant polyolefin. Operating at -40℃~90℃ (120℃ for 20,000h; max 250℃/5s short-circuit), with a bending radius ≤5D, it meets UV (ISO 4892-2A), ozone (IEC60811-2-1), and flame-retardant (IEC60332-1) standards, offering excellent acid-alkali and damp-heat resistance.

6. The thermal life assessment result of the finished cable should meet the requirement that the cable's service life is no less than 25 years.
7. The finished cable is halogen-free and flame-retardant, and its performance complies with 2PfG1169/08.2007.
8. The finished cable not only has excellent resistance to weathering, ultraviolet and ozone erosion, but also can withstand a wider range of temperature changes (for example: from 10°C to 120°C).
