Application

lt is used to transmit and distribute power on the power line of A.C rated voltage 0.6/1kV, The flame-retardant power cable issuitable for environment with demand on flame-retardant performance. Fire-resistance power cable is used in the environment withhigh demand on fire-resisting performance such as high-rise building, the big market.

Executive Standard

It is manufactured as GB/T12706.1 standards.The flame-retardant power cable is manufactured according to Q/ZHGK. It complies with GB/T18380 (IEC60332-3) standards. The fire-resistant power cable is manufactured according to Q/ZHGK. It complies with GB/T19216 (IEC60331) standards.

Using Feature & Main Technical Performance

1. The Max. long-term operating temperature of conductor is no more than 70°C.

• In short-circuit (The Max. long-term is continue no more than 5 second).The highest temperature of conductor is no more than160°C.

2. Environment temperature should be no lower than 0°c.The min bending radius should be no smaller than 15 times of cable outer diameter.

3.D.C Conductor risistance complies with the stipulations of GB/T3956.

4. Working Frequency Voltage Test:

• 3.5kV/5min with out puncture.

5. Flame-retardant character:

• Flame-retardant cable could endure firing test in bundle stipulated in GB/T18380 (IEC 60332-3):

• Low smoke low halogen fiame-retardant cable could endure firing test in bundle stipulated in GB/T1838o(IEC 60332-3), and smoke density in firing should comply with stipulations of GB/T17651 (IEC61034). HCL content of gas separated out in firing should be no more than 100mg/g, and comply with IEC60754-1;

• Low smoke & halogen-free fiame-retardant cable could endure firing test in bundle as GB/T18380(IEC 60332-3). Smoke density in firing should comply with stipulastions of GB/17651 (IEC61034).PH value of solution water of gas seperated out should be less than 4.3, and electric conductivity rate should be no more than 10 us/mm and comply with stipulations of IEC 60754-2. Fire-resistance cable could endure fire rating test in GB/T19216(IEC60331).
