VV22 0.6/1kV 3x150+1x70 Fireproof Power Cable

It has a good fireproof property. After being flamed, it won't have short-circuit phenomenon within a certain period of time. When the fire disaster occurs,losses can be reduced. As an environment-protecting cable,the low-smoke,halogen-free cable is especially suitable for the occasions in electrical industry large building,railroad,ships etc,where there is a strict fireproof demand.

Q/ZHGK-001-2008 Fireproof tests are done according to GB/T19216 (IEC60331).

Service Characteristics

1. Rated voltage: U₀/U 0.6/1kV.

2. Max Long-term working temperatures:

70°C/105°C for flameproof PVC insulation and sheath

200°C/260°C for fluoroplastic insulation and sheath

90°C for XLPE insulation

70°C for low-smoke, halogen-free, flameproof PO

90°C/120°C for low-smoke,halogen-free,flameproof crosslinked PO.

3. Flameproof PVC sheath:

-40°C (fixed laying)-15°C (non-fixed laying)

Fluoroplastic insulation and sheath:-60°C (fixed laying)-20°C (non-fixed laying).

6. Allowed bending redius: ≥ 6 times the outer diameter of the unarmored cable

≥ 12 times the outer diameter of the armored cable

≥ 8 times the outer diameter of the fluoroplastic insulated and sheathed cable.
