China 365PCB EN50264-3-2 600V 3x4 is a premium locomotive-specific cable engineered to meet rigorous standards including TJ/CL313-2014, EN50264-2-1:2008, BS 6853, and DIN 5510. Rated at 600V with a 3x4 core configuration, it ensures reliable power transmission and exceptional fire safety performance. Scope of Application

This products are suitable for the distribution system and power-supply system of railway vehicles and rolling stock that the rated voltage is 3.6/6kV or less than 3.6/6kV.
Including: 0.6/1 kV unshielded unsheathed wire, 1.8/3kV unshielded unsheathed wire, 1.8/3kV unshielded sheathed wire, 3.6/6kVun shielded sheathed wire. The products are suitable for non-high concentration acid-alkali pollution and oil pollution occasion which have low-smoke halogen-free flame-retardant requirements.

Application Characteristics

1. The rated voltage levels U0/U (Um) are: 0.6/1 (1.2) kV, 1.8/3 3.6) kV, and 3.6/6 (7.2) kV. In a DC system, the higher voltage between the cable conductor and the ground does not exceed 1.5 times the cable's rated voltage U0.

Explanation: "U0" represents the voltage applied between the insulated conductor and the ground, "U" represents the voltage applied between the conductors of a two-core or multi-core cable and the system voltage of a single-core cable, and "Um" represents the higher voltage of the equipment system.

2. Temperature resistance characteristics: Long-term working temperature 90 °C, cumulative 20,000 hours of temperature resistance 120 °C, short-term overload temperature 200 °C (5 seconds).

3. Lower operating environmental temperature: -40 °C.

4. Curvature radius: In fixed scenarios, it is 5-8 times the outer diameter of the cable; in mobile scenarios, it is 4 times the outer diameter of the cable.

5. Insulation or sheath: It uses the EI104 and EM104 types of cross-linked elastomer materials as specified in the EN50264-2-1 standard.

6. Flame retardancy: It passes the single vertical burning test in EN50265-2-1 and the bundled burning test in EN50266-2-4 (for cable outer diameters > 12mm), EN50266-2-5 (for cable outer diameters 6mm < D < 12mm), and EN50305 (for cable outer diameters D < 6mm).

7. Oil resistance: The finished cable has excellent oil resistance, and the oil resistance of its sheath complies with the provisions of the EN50264-2-1 standard.

8. Acid and alkali resistance: The finished cable sheath passes the acid and alkali resistance tests as specified in the EN50264-2-1 standard.

9. Safety: The insulation layer and sheath of the finished product have halogen-free properties, low smoke properties, and a safe level of halogen content that comply with the EN45545-1 standard.
