This product is applicable to cable transmission and distribution systems with rated voltage of 0.6/1kV and below. It can be laid in tunnels, cable trenches, cable trays, shafts, high-rise buildings, hospitals, shopping malls, entertainment venues, data centers and other important places for transmission and distribution lines.
This product complies with the company's enterprise standard Q/ZHGK014-2014 Rated Voltage 1kV (Um = 1.2kV) Flexible Mineral Materials Fire-resistant Cable. The normative reference documents in the enterprise standard include: GB/T 12706.1 Rated Voltage 1kV (Um = 1.2kV) to 35kV (Um = 40.5kV) Extruded Insulated Power Cables and Accessories - Part 1: Cables Rated Voltage 1kV to 3kV; GB/T 17651 Smoke Density Measurement of Cables or Optical Cables under Specific Conditions of Combustion; GB/T 18380 Cables and Optical Cables under Flame Conditions; GB/T 19216 Experimental Tests for Integrity of Cables and Optical Cables under Flame Conditions; and BS6387 Requirements for Maintaining Cable Integrity under Flame Conditions.
Performance Advantages
1. Fire Resistance:
① Under a 1950℃ flame, continuous power supply for 180 minutes without breakdown (C)
② After 15 minutes of water spraying at 2650℃, no breakdown after another 15 minutes (W)
③ Under a 3950℃ flame, no breakdown after 15 minutes of knocking and vibration (Z) (All tests were conducted in accordance with the BS6387 standard, applicable to cables with an outer diameter not exceeding 20mm)
④ After being exposed to fire at 4800℃ for 90 minutes and cooled for 15 minutes, the circuit remains intact
⑤ After being exposed to fire and knocking at 5800℃ for 120 minutes, the circuit remains intact (Tests were conducted in accordance with the GB/T19216 standard)
2. No intermediate joints
It can be produced to a specific length according to user requirements, without intermediate joints. This reduces the cost of joints and improves the stability of the cable.
3. Flexibility
The cable uses a twisted conductor, and the inorganic mineral material maintains good flexibility before radiation. The sheath uses non-metallic materials, making the cable more flexible and lighter in weight.
4. Voltage level
The voltage level of the cable can reach 0.6/1kV, while ordinary mineral-insulated cables have a maximum of 750V.
5. Waterproof and pest-proof
The continuous production of the cable and the special structural design make the cable have excellent waterproof and pest-proof performance.
6. Short delivery cycle
The use of advanced production techniques and mature manufacturing technology shortens the delivery cycle of the cable. The conventional model can be delivered within 7-10 working days.
7. Installation and laying convenience
The flexible mineral material fire-resistant cable combines with traditional cable production technology, making the installation and laying of the cable more convenient, avoiding the problems of connection terminals often encountered in copper core and copper sheath fire-resistant cables.

The working temperature of the cable core is lower than that of other types of cables, so the line loss is low during operation, reducing energy waste. The material of the cable is non-metallic, meeting the requirements of environmental protection. 9. Explosion-proof performance
The highly compact insulation and filling materials of the cable and the design without intermediate joints can prevent steam, gas, and flames from entering the electrical equipment connected to the cable, thus being suitable for places with explosion hazards and various explosion-proof equipment and components.
